What ERO found

The Education Review Office’s latest report on the school is a private school review from August 2022, which checks whether a private school meets the criteria for registration.

ERO found the school met every criterion, including suitable premises, staffing, equipment, curriculum and tuition standards, fit and proper managers, and being a physically and emotionally safe place for students, with safety policies and procedures reviewed regularly.

ERO also looked at the school’s care of international students and its boarding hostel, Singadou, which is owned by a separate trust board. It noted that international students take part in school, community and parish life, have English language classes and all live at Singadou, where boarders have single rooms, staffing levels that let their needs be picked up quickly, and clear routines shared with parents.
