Pip Walker — The Chef Behind the Business
Pip's career has taken her from London to Australia and back to Whanganui. Over ten years working internationally as a head chef gave her the technical foundations and the eye for presentation that now define Mini Gourmet's signature style. In London she ran her own catering company, Model Catering, that catered movie premieres including Men in Black and Spider-Man, and she also worked alongside celebrated chef Peter Gordon at his acclaimed restaurant Providores. Returning to Whanganui, Pip and her team brought that international experience home, offering the kind of gourmet event catering that was previously hard to find outside the main centres.
